Smoking Cessation: 1-800-TRY-TO-STOP (1-800-879-8678)

The NH Tobacco Prevention and Control Program provides this Smokers’ Helpline.  It is a free, confidential, and highly personalized telephone service to help tobacco users quit smoking or dipping tobacco.  Anyone in New Hampshire can call the Helpline, whether the caller is currently using tobacco, has already quit, or wants information for a friend or family member.
