Domestic Violence Emergency (DOVE) Project

Provides free legal representation at the final hearings for a domestic violence protective order.  The DOVE project can only be accessed through a local crisis center (Rape and Domestic Violence Crisis Center - Crisis Line 800-852-3388, Concord Office 225-7376).

Provides legal services for low income Concord residents. Callers will be directed to the appropriate person depending upon legal issue.

Legal Advice and Referral Center (LARC): 224-3333 or 1-800-639-5290

Provides information, advice, self-help assistance and referrals to eligible low-income people.  LARC will determine eligibility.  Services available in the areas of family law, housing, public benefits and limited consumer law.  If a lawyer is needed, the case may be sent to the Pro Bono Referral Program of the NH Bar Association.

Provides legal assistance at no charge to low-income families and senior citizens giving priority to victims of domestic violence and issues involving children.

Providing free legal advice and representation in non-criminal matters to low-income and elderly NH residents.  Services focus on basic needs including preserving homes, protecting subsistence income, obtaining access to health care, and maintaining safety, independence and dignity.
